Joa 9 Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with the joa 9 platform. joa 9 (referred to herein as "we" or "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service operating for users in Bangladesh and other permitted regions.

Joa 9 does not charge any processing fees on transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on joa 9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Each market has its own betting limits, which may vary by event.
• Bets must be placed before the event begins or within the live betting window.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, joa 9 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with joa 9's applicable policy.

Joa 9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• A specified wagering amount must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• The same individual may not claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or by any other means.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the deadline passes.
• Joa 9 may modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joa 9 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Registering under a false identity or providing inaccurate information.

• Issues caused by viruses or malware on your device.
• Force Majeure – Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.
